1. What's the difference between the Rally Series and Wild Series?
The Wild Series is our design-first recreational line, with full-print graphic faces, a carbon fiber surface, and a 16mm polypropylene core, in two shapes. The Rally Series is our performance line, built with an MPP core and tuned for players who want more control and power. Rally is coming soon.
2. What shapes does the Wild Series come in?
Two. Strike is the elongated shape, with extra reach and leverage for players who hit early. Guard is the standard shape, with a wider sweet spot and a balanced feel for control. Each shape is labeled on the paddle face.
3. Where are PickleTimes paddles designed?
Every PickleTimes paddle is designed in Canada. Concept, art, and copy all start here.
4. What is the Wild Series paddle made of?
A carbon fiber surface with our Raw Matte Grit texture over a 16mm polypropylene core. Full-print art runs edge to edge on every face.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on eligible orders to Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and Hong Kong. Your options show at checkout based on your location.
6. What is your warranty and return policy?
Every paddle carries a 12-month manufacturing warranty and a 30-day satisfaction window. If something is not right, we will make it right.
