Where we ship.
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping cost.
Standard shipping is free to all five regions listed above. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time.
Standard delivery is 7 to 12 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and peak periods.

Where your order ships from.
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Guangdong, China.

Duties and taxes.
Your order ships duty paid. Import duties, customs brokerage, and applicable import taxes are paid by PickleTimes. You will not be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Incorrect addresses.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
