These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pickletimes.com and any purchases made through our store. PickleTimes is operated by Maylink Tech. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. PickleTimes does not store your payment information.

5. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. PickleTimes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Please contact support@pickletimes.com to initiate a return.

7. Warranty

PickleTimes paddles are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. To make a warranty claim, contact support@pickletimes.com with proof of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product names, images, and copy — is the property of PickleTimes and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PickleTimes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
