12 Month Warranty

Every PickleTimes paddle is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

We build to a single standard across every edition. If something fails that should not have failed, that is on us.

What Is Covered

Core delamination or separation from the face
Edge guard lifting or separating under normal play
Surface failure, cracking, or peeling that is not caused by impact damage
Handle or grip collar coming loose from the paddle body

What Is Not Covered

Cosmetic wear, scuffs, and scratches from normal play
Grip tape wear. Grip tape is a consumable and should be replaced when worn
Damage from paddle to paddle contact, ground contact, or throwing the paddle
Damage from prolonged heat exposure, such as leaving the paddle in a hot car
Damage from water immersion or improper storage
Paddles purchased second hand or from an unauthorized seller

How to Make a Claim

Send us your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Include a photo of the full paddle face and a close up of the problem area.

We review claims within 1 to 2 business days. If your claim qualifies, we ship a replacement of the same edition and shape. You do not need to send the original paddle back.

If the edition is sold out, we will offer a replacement from current stock or a full refund.

Coverage Terms

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase from pickletimes.com is required.

Replacement paddles are covered for the remainder of the original 12 month period, not a new 12 months.

Care Extends Life

Wipe the face after each session. Keep the paddle out of hot cars. Store it in a cover. Most warranty issues we see are heat related and completely preventable.
