FOUNDING 100 TERMS

Founding offer.
Limited to the first 100 founding players. One order per customer. The 25% founding offer applies to Wild Series paddles only, while founding spots last. The discount applies automatically at checkout through the founding link. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts or codes.

Pricing.
The founding price is 25% off the regular Wild Series price. Regular prices are shown on each product page and apply once founding spots are filled.

90-day play guarantee.
Founding 100 players are covered for 90 days from the invoice date, which is the date shown on your order confirmation. If the paddle is not the right fit, contact support@pickletimes.com and we will make it right through a replacement or store credit. One claim per founding player. The guarantee covers fit and performance. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

Shipping.
Free standard shipping applies to orders shipped to Canada, the US, the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia. Orders to other regions are charged at checkout. Standard delivery is 7 to 12 business days after your order ships.

Founding member card.
The founding player number is a membership identifier. It carries no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

If you cancel or return.
If a founding order is refunded in full, the founding spot is released and the founding player number is void.

General policies.
Our standard Shipping policy and Refund policy also apply to founding orders, except where these terms say otherwise.

Changes.
We may close the founding offer early if all 100 spots are filled. We may update these terms, and the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
