What is PickleTimes?

PickleTimes is a Canadian pickleball paddle brand built for players who take their game seriously. We design paddles that combine technical performance with bold identity, built for the court and made to stand out.

Where are PickleTimes paddles designed?

All PickleTimes paddles are designed in Canada.

The Paddles

What is the difference between the Wild Series and the Rally Series?

The Wild Series is our expression line. Full print faces, a 16mm polypropylene core, and a carbon fiber surface finished in Raw Matte Grit. Six editions, each with its own name, artwork, and message on the back.

The Rally Series is our performance line. A T700 carbon fiber surface over a Modified Polypropylene core, built for players who want a more competitive feel.

What is NORTHSIDE?

NORTHSIDE is our Canada themed collection, built to the same construction standard as the Wild Series.

What shapes are available?

Strike is our elongated shape. Extended reach and added leverage for offensive players.

Guard is our standard shape. A wider sweet spot and a balanced feel, built for control you can trust.

What is Raw Matte Grit?

Raw Matte Grit is the surface finish on every Wild Series paddle. No clear coat and no gloss, just texture you feel on the first hit and still feel months later.

What core do Wild Series paddles use?

A 16mm polypropylene honeycomb core. It takes the sting out of hard contact and holds a stable feel through long sessions.

Is the Rally Series certified?

Certification is in progress and expected at the end of October 2026. We will update this page when we have a confirmed result. We do not claim any certification we have not received.

What grip circumference do PickleTimes paddles have?

All paddles come with a 4.25 inch grip circumference.

Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Cyprus. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate shipping applies at checkout, and shipping is free on orders over $150 USD.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once tracking is generated we cannot stop the shipment, but you can still request a refund within 30 days. Contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In most cases you keep the paddle. No return shipping and no restocking fee. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Do PickleTimes paddles come with a warranty?

Yes. Every paddle is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If a claim qualifies we ship a replacement and you do not need to send the original back. See our Warranty page for what is covered.

Paddle Care

How do I care for my paddle?

Wipe the face with a dry or lightly damp cloth after each session. Keep the paddle out of hot cars, store it in a cover when not in use, and replace the grip when worn.
